The reality of being a landlord is that the phone can ring at any time of the day or night – with a tenant reporting anything from a dripping tap to a broken boiler. But if you instruct us to manage your property, you can be safe in the knowledge that it will be our phone ringing and not yours!

From the moment you instruct us, we’ll manage all aspects of your property, from maintenance and repairs, to ensuring that the relevant legal requirements and safety procedures have been met.

Our property management services include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of property during void periods

A maintenance float of £250 is also required to cover any incidental maintenance costs. Landlords should keep in mind that this is money that we hold under their accounts so that we can pay maintenance contractors directly and as required. Any additional payments are to be topped up by our clients upon request.

There are no contract tie-ins, only 30 days notice period to serve, allowing you the flexibility to use our services for as little or long as you need!
